Thank you for choosing Coastal Laboratories for your PCR COVID-19 testing! To improve efficiency and timeliness, COVID-19 testing is done by appointment only. Appointments can ONLY be made online and not by phone. Please use link below to schedule.

Due to extremely high demand and need for testing, Coastal Laboratories has set up a remote testing collection site to act as an alternative for patients that are not able to schedule with one of our offices.
Type of Test: PCR COVID-19 Test
Certain institutions such as the Bahamian Government may only accept a PCR COVID-19 test to allow entrance. We now offer PCR Testing at our drive up locations. The test MUST be scheduled and paid for prior to arriving.
Cost of COVID-19 PCR Testing
No Insurance is accepted for mobile testing.
Self-Pay: $200 per person, paid at the time of scheduling
Turnaround Time: Within 24 hours
Cancellation: $50 fee
Refund Policy: Appointment date or time may be changed at no additional charge with a 24 hour notice by emailing info@covidtestjax.com . Any other cancellations or no shows will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Once the sample has been collected, there is no refund offered.
For faster processing, please print the following registration packet, fill it out and bring it with you at the time of your appointment. Due to the extremely high volume of patients, you may have difficulty reaching our staff on the phone.
Please note, COVID-19 Positive results are usually shown 48 to 72 hours after exposure. Example: If a person comes in contact with a COVID-19 Person, no test would show positive results in less than 24 hours.
